
This course is a competency-based professional housekeeping and hospitality cleaning training program designed to develop practical skills and workplace readiness for entry-level and mid-level housekeeping professionals. The program emphasizes hands-on training, industry best practices, and hospitality service standards.
The training duration is 3 to 4 months, during which participants will gain practical experience in professional cleaning techniques, room preparation, public area maintenance, laundry and linen operations, and guest service support. Strong emphasis is placed on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), teamwork, communication skills, and workplace discipline.
Graduates of this course will be prepared to work in hotels, resorts, hospitals, offices, commercial buildings, residential complexes, and other service-oriented environments. The course also introduces basic first aid and fire prevention to ensure safety awareness in the workplace.
